Interfaith Revival Tour

The Virginia Interfaith Center for Public Policy (VICPP), the Virginia Poverty Law Center (VPLC), and the NAACP Virginia State Conference are heading to cities and towns across Virginia for a special “Interfaith Justice Revival” tour from July 27, 2025, to August 2, 2025, offering fellowship, food, and powerful conversations. Drawing inspiration from traditional religious gatherings, clergy and community leaders will discuss the profound connections between faith and justice, as well as the significance of civic engagement, in anticipation of the upcoming November election.
Leadership from each organization, as well as local clergy and lay leaders from various faith traditions, aims to inspire action based on shared values that support justice and care for our neighbors. We are visiting communities, including Lynchburg, Roanoke, Bristol, and Danville.
The Revival meetings will start with a potluck meal and continue with music, prayer, calls to action, and opportunities to build relationships. The daytime gatherings will offer beverages and snacks, with a welcome message from local clergy and a presentation from organizational staff. All are welcome!
