Following the ruling of the Supreme Court to strike down President Biden’s plan to provide millions of Americans with much-needed student loan debt relief, Robert N. Barnette, Jr, President of NAACP Virginia State Conference (Virginia NAACP), issued the following statement:
“Another destructive decision by the Supreme Court. This decision will hurt Black families in Virginia and be felt for generations to come.”
