Contact your legislator and tell them to support House Bill 1755 Right to work; repeals provisions of Code that refers to denial or abridgement.

HB1755 would repeal and modify current legislation that prohibits any agreement or combination between an employer and a labor union or labor organization whereby nonmembers of the union or organization are denied the right to work for the employer, membership in the union or organization is made a condition of employment ,or the union or organization acquires an employment monopoly in any such enterprise. Legislation such as this creates modern and new protections for diligent Virginia workers.

Virginia’s workers deserve the right to determine whether they want to join a union or not, which is why we support this essential legislation.
